From April 12th 2021 to ensure our team, guests and local Otterton residents are safe, the park will remain closed for day visitors.

Q – How can I discuss my booking with a member of the Ladram Bay team?  

Our friendly team can be contacted via email, or alternatively by calling 01395 568398. We will endeavour to reply to your enquiry within 24 hours.  

Q – Is the park open as usual for day visitors?

A – From April 12th 2021 to ensure our team, guests and local Otterton residents are safe, the park will remain closed for day visitors.

Q – Can I book a holiday for this season? 

A – Absolutely! We can’t wait to once again provide you with your well-needed getaway.

Q – What accommodation is available to book? 

A – Here at Ladram Bay we’re proud to offer a range of fabulous accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets, all of which is available to book for 2021 and 2022. Options include Touring & Camping, Glamping pods, Sea View Apartments, Holiday Homes & Luxury Lodges. 

Q – What facilities will be open this season? 

A – Whilst we do hope to open all of our fantastic facilities for your holiday, we are monitoring the current situation very closely and we will open the facilities which we can ensure are safe, according to the government guidelines & recommendations.

Q – What if I book a holiday and I am unable to travel or Ladram Bay is closed? 

A – We want you to be able to book your holiday with us in complete confidence. If you are unfortunately residing within a lockdown postcode and government guidelines have therefore restricted your travel, we will be happy to assist you in re-booking your stay to an alternative date.  If Ladram Bay is closed, we can transfer your booking to a later date or alternatively refund you.   

Q – The current climate is rather uncertain. Do I still have to pay my balance? 

A – Yes, should you still wish to holiday with us you must continue to pay your balance. Your remaining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 

Q – Will you be undertaking any additional cleaning measures? 

A – Yes. To help minimise the risk of Covid-19 we have increased both the frequency and the standards of our cleaning regime in both our accommodation and facilities. All touch surfaces and high-traffic areas are frequently sanitised. Sanitiser points are visible for all guests to use prior to entering/exciting facilities. 

Q – Do you offer holiday insurance? 

A – Yes we offer a Refund Guarantee. Details of the Holiday insurance terms & conditions can be viewed @ Please be advised that should you wish to purchase a Refund guarantee you must do so at the time of booking.
