Our Booking Promise – Last updated 24th March 2020

In view of latest announcements, we have closed the park with immediate effect.

We have taken the incredibly difficult decision to close our doors to all Holiday Guests & Owners from Monday 23rd March until Thursday 30th April. This decision has not been taken lightly and we are being socially responsible by protecting our team, guests & owners.

We understand that we have many guests due to arrive during this period, we are now busy contacting all those guests and explaining the situation and offering alternative options. Please bear with us whilst we undertake this task, if you do need to talk to us we are on hand to assist you through this difficult time.

We appreciate that there are further guidelines for people in the ‘at risk group’ and for anyone falling into this category and due to arrive with us up until 13th June we are more than happy to transfer the holiday for anytime within 2020 or up until 13th June 2021.

Owners & seasonal guests, we understand you will have questions regarding site fees and monies paid, please bear with us. We will clarify further details when the season starts again. 

We really appreciate all of customers support during this extremely difficult time. We are so grateful for the patience, kindness and understanding you have shown our team. We have never had to shut the Ladram doors in over 76 years, we are devastated at the impact this is having on everyone’s lives.

Q – I’m due to travel prior to April 30th 2020 what should I do?

A – If you haven’t already been contacted by our team please email us with your booking details and some alternative holiday dates so we can advise you on our availability to reschedule your stay. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Q – My holiday balance is due to be paid soon, what should I do?

A – Whilst the park is closed no automatic balances will be taken. All payments are currently suspended. Our team will not contact you to request these payments until we have a date for reopening confirmed.

Q – Can I call you to discuss my booking?

A – Unfortunately our Holiday Park is now closed, and our offices shut. To discuss your booking please email us and the team will get in touch. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Q – A member of my party falls into the ‘at risk group’, what can we do in regards to our future Holiday

A – For those ‘at risk’, we are more than happy to transfer bookings due to arrive with us up until 13th June 2020. Your holiday can then be re-booked for anytime with the remainder of 2020 season or up until 13th June 2021.

Q – When do you plan to re-open? 

A- At present we are closed until 30th April 2020 however this date may be extended as a result of government instruction. We will update our website with proposed opening dates as soon as we can safely reopen the park.

Q – I am due to arrive later in the season (after April 30th) & none of our party falls into the high-risk category. What should I do?

A- Nothing just yet!  Should we need to push back our reopening date further, our team will be in touch if we need to postpone your holiday. We are currently prioritising any questions from those with holiday bookings needing to be rearranged imminently. 

Q – My booking was made via a third party, what should I do?

A- Please get in touch with your holiday provider to discuss options for your booking. Unfortunately, we can only advise on direct bookings made with Ladram Bay Holiday Park

Q – We have questions regarding our site fees and monies paid (Owners & Seasonals) who can I contact?

A – Please bear with us, we will be in touch & clarify further details when the season restarts again.

Q – Is the park open as usual for visitors?

A- In line with government advice, the park & facilities are currently closed to all guests, holiday makers, owners, seasonals and day visitors. We thank you for your understanding.

Q – I’ve not yet booked but want something to look forward to. Can I make a future booking? 

A – Absolutely! we’d love to welcome you soon. Bookings can currently be made online @ for holidays starting from June 4th 2020. 

Q – We live locally, is your shop open for us to use please?

A – Throughout this difficult time our shop will be open to provide locals with essential items. Our current opening hours are 8am – 6pm, 7 days a week. Please call 01395 567692 for further information. Thank you
