COVID-19 Guidance

We’re delighted to have been given the go ahead to re-open our Swimming Pool Complex from Wednesday 2nd December 2020 as per government guidelines. Further information regarding our Opening times and booking can be found online here.

Any customers who have previously purchased Winter Pool Membership prior to lockdown can opt to either have a part refund for the closed period or have a full refund and surrender membership. To discuss your options please call our friendly team on 01395 568398.

Our Reception is currently open between 9am – 4pm between Monday – Saturday and closed Sunday. Our team can also be contacted via email on info@ladrambay.co.uk

Our on-park shop will remain open for local Otterton residents between 8am-2pm, 7 days per week. From Wednesday 2nd December the shop will open between 9am – 5pm, 7 days per week. Opening times may be reviewed and could alter, please call in advance to check – 01395 567692.

Q – Can I call you to discuss my booking?

A –To discuss your booking please email us on info@ladrambay.co.uk and the team will get in touch. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Q – Is the park open as usual for day visitors?

A- In line with government advice, we have closed the car park to day visitors. As of Wednesday 2nd December 2020 our Swimming Pool Complex will reopen, however pre-booking is essential.

Q – I’ve not yet booked but want something to look forward to. Can I make a future booking?
