Q. How can I book a holiday?

Q. When and how do I pay for my holiday?
You can pay online or over the telephone by calling the number above. We can accept credit and debit card payments.
When booking, a deposit of £100 per holiday home, touring caravan/tent or glamping pod is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
Balances of all holidays are to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, via the telephone or online. Non-payment may lead to the booking being cancelled. Please note that we do not send reminders.

Q. Do you accept group bookings?
We welcome many different group bookings from sports tours to family groups. Unfortunately, as we are a family holiday park we do not accept stag or hen parties.
Q. Are there any age restrictions?
Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to hire any holiday homes. We do not accept groups of unaccompanied teenagers.
Persons under the age of 25, other than families, will be required to pay a deposit. This will be refundable, dependent on the condition of the holiday home on departure and general behaviour during the stay.
Q. Can you accommodate guests who have impaired mobility?
One of our holiday homes, Greendale Gold has been specially adapted to accommodate guests with mobility impairments. From your accommodation, all the amenities of Ladram Holiday Park can be reached by wheelchair. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about accessibility. Q. Can I take my pet on holiday?
We can accept up to two dogs in certain units, subject to an additional charge of £50 per dog (£30 for a short break). Please ask about this at the time of your booking to ensure we can accommodate your request. Please note that dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.
Q. Is smoking permitted in any of the holiday homes?
All of our holiday homes are non-smoking.
Q. Can I reserve a specific unit?
At a cost of £25 per holiday home or £20 for a Touring/camping pitch you can reserve specific pitches or holiday homes. For group bookings, the charge will be £20 per unit booked for holiday homes and £15 per pitch for Touring/Camping pitches. If you have particular requirements or would like two or more pitches/units together, we strongly recommend this option to ensure your group isn’t separated.
Q. Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?
You have the option to take out cancellation insurance at the time of your booking. The terms of this insurance are laid out in our Terms and Conditions. You are strongly advised to ensure you understand this document fully before placing a booking. Unless cancellation insurance is purchased, Ladram Bay regrets that refunds cannot be made under any circumstances.
Q. What is included in the price of my booking (holiday homes only)?
Prices are per holiday home (NOT per person) and include:
• Up to 6 pool passes for 2-bedroom models
• Up to 8 pool passes for 3-bedroom models
• Full entertainments access and FREE entry for all children’s clubs
• All pillows, duvets and bed linen (bed linen is not provided in Comfort accommodation during off-peak times)
• All crockery, cutlery and utensils
• All gas, electricity and hot water
Q. Do you permit supermarket deliveries onsite?
Unfortunately due to Health & Safety reasons, we do not permit Home Delivery vehicles on park. Our well stocked supermarket should provide you with a large range of holiday essentials & food & drink. Should you need to purchase other items there are a number of large supermarkets within the local towns of Exmouth and Sidmouth.
Arrival and Departure
Q. What time can we check in?
Check-in times vary according to the accommodation standard. Check-in times for holiday homes are shown with description pages of this website.
Q. What time do we have to check out?
Holiday homes and all touring pitches must be vacated by 9.45 am on the day of departure, but you may use the Park’s facilities for the remainder of the day.
Q. What happens if we arrive after reception has closed?
Late arrivals may obtain their key (before 11pm) from the on-call team. Their contact details are left at the security hut at the entrance of the park.

Q. Do you offer Holiday Insurance?
When you’re looking forward to your holiday, the last thing you want to think about is cancelling because something has happened preventing your travel. For your peace of mind, we offer a cancellation plan to cover your holiday home or pitch booking.
Cover costs just £2 per night Touring/Camping, £3 per night Holiday Homes (Excluding Look Out, Ladram Diamonds & Lodges), £4 per night All Lodges, Ladram Diamonds and Look Out
It must be selected at time of booking and paid for along with the deposit at time of booking.
Our promise to you
In the horrible event of you having to cancel your holiday due to for illness, jury service, redundancy or a death of any customers listed as travelling, we promise to refund the following:

In order to action your refund we would need supporting documentation, such as a doctors note, death certificate, employers letter, court notification. Any costs incurred will be at your own expense, cancellation charges will not take effect until documentation has been received.
