  • Pool & Start Activities Manager

This position will involve the management of our Pool Complex throughout both the park’s open and closed season. Hours of operation and staffing levels will change throughout the year however will include weekend and evening work. Salary will be dependent on experience and staff accommodation will be considered for the right candidate.

Essential Qualifications & Knowledge needed:

  • RLSS Lifeguard Qualification
  • Pool Operators Plant Certificate
  • Knowledge of HSG179 – “Managing Health & Safety in Swimming Pools”
  • Experience in managing a team within the Leisure sector

  • Holiday Home Sales Advisor

Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given. Applicants must be an excellent communicator and team player.

An extremely attractive package including commission and bonus will be offered to the correct candidate and benefits will include staff holiday discount and free use of pool & leisure facilities.

This is a full time all year round role working 5 out 7 days will involve working weekends and bank holidays.

  • Generating customer leads from face to face enquires, adverts, social media and any other channels.
  • Promptly respond to all customer leads, building rapport and turning enquires into customer visits and in turn showing them round the holiday park.
  • Adopt a low pressure sales technique to secure the sale of luxury lodges and static caravans.
  • Advise customers on the different offers available and those most suited to their needs.
  • Enable a complete and smooth ‘holiday home’ handover making sure all safety certificates and maintenance requirements are in place.

  • Receptionist/Bookings agent

You will attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone, in writing and face to face. You will take holiday bookings and supply information regarding the Park to the general public, clients and customers. Experience within a similar position or within a customer service role is desirable, yet not essential.

Key Duties – (Based on a 40 hour week):

  • Enable a complete and smooth ‘holiday home’ handover making sure all safety certificates and maintenance requirements are in place.
  • As a front of house member of staff, deal swiftly and positively with any customer service issues.
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service and presenting a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Supply information regarding the Park to the general public, clients and customers.
  • Answer the telephone & meet and greet customers.
  • General office administration.
  • Take bookings and enter them into the Park’s system.
  •  Ensure smooth and efficient check-ins and check–outs following the Company’s procedure.
  • Take payment in cash and credit/debit card.

  • Plumber

We are looking for a qualified plumber required to join our busy maintenance team at Ladram Bay Holiday Park. This full time, permanent position will include general maintenance and installation on park. All levels of experience considered.
