You will have a great holiday in these holiday homes, purchased new in 2011 which increases the number introduced in 2010. All the latest features and design. The master bedroom is fully fitted and in selected holiday homes is also en-suite. The 3 bedroom design has two further bedrooms giving a 6-8 berth holiday home. The spacious lounge has large wrap around settees to laze on, sink into and take in the extensive views. The fireplace makes for comfort whatever the weather. With double glazing and central heating Budleigh Premier is especially ideal for early or late holidays.

In the comfortable lounge watch your favourite programmes on Freeview TV or a film on the DVD player. Bring your own laptop as WiFi is available at a small charge. Pillows, duvets and bed line provided together with crockery and cutlery. It all makes your travelling lighter. Gas, water and electricity are included. However, sorry, but no pets in these holiday homes please, except assistance dogs.

With a luxurious holiday home, endless entertainment, panoramic sea views, and close to famous visitor attractions, this is a Devon holiday of happiness.  From our private beach you can fish, kayak, hire a rowing or motor boat and swim safely. On the Beach is the light bite Seaview Shack for all sorts of refreshments.  FREE nightly entertainment at Three Rocks complex.  A large indoor swimming pool.   Pebbles Restaurant provides an international selection of dishes for lunch or dinner.  For the kids there is Ozzie’s Club and Club Teen.  In the evenings make your way to Waves Nightspot.  Plus all the other time saving amenities – café and coffee shop, light bite beach bar food and gift shops and a launderette.  So many guests find they need the extra time offered in the Special offers.
